Do you have a shop that I can visit and see your jewellery?

No, I only trade online via the internet and have no facilities for personal visitors.

How much will delivery cost me?

The cost of postage and packaging is dependent on the value of your order. 

Royal  Mail 1st Class Standard delivery is from £2.25 in the UK

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is from £3.80

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is from £3.00

Royal Mail -Europe Tracked is from £12.00 -

Please note that if you are in Europe, you will have to pay customs taxes, before you receive your order. This is set by each country and I am not responsible for any customs charges or taxes that you might incur if you are outside of the UK.

Royal Mail International Tracked delivery WorldWide is from £11.00

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation order email and then when your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email, letting you know it is on its way.

Your order will be dispatched within my current processing times, which you will see on my front page and this excludes weekends and UK Bank Holidays. 

If you require your order urgently, please contact me before you place your order and I will advise you of my current processing times.

How will my items arrive?

All items are sent gift-wrapped with tissue paper and placed in an organza bag, or they are sent gift-boxed.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, I can do custom orders, please send me an email at [email protected] if you are interested in a custom order.

Can I return a custom-made item?

Unfortunately, custom-made orders are non-returnable, as they are made to a customer's specifications.

How should I look after my jewellery?

Avoid contact with water, remove before bathing, showing and washing.

Avoid spraying perfume directly on your jewellery.

Please avoid wearing rings and bracelets, while using household chemicals.

To keep your jewellery looking good as new, it's best to store it away in a box or drawer.
