Please note that items will only be dispatched in a gift box if the product description specifies a gift box is included.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I only accept returns for defective products and I cannot accept returns on products that are personalised or custom-made.
Orders must be returned within 14 days in the original packaging.
Exchanges are not accepted.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the correct postage when they are returning an item for a refund. Please send all returned items via the 'signed for and tracked' delivery service to ensure they are sent safely back to me. Once the item has been returned and inspected, I will issue a refund within 5 days.
If you wish to cancel an order, can you please do it within 24 hours of placing your order?
For hygiene reasons, I cannot refund earrings, unless faulty.
