Placing an Order

To place an order, select the item you wish to purchase and then add it to your shopping cart. If the item you wish to purchase is in stock, it will be dispatched in 1-3 working days of placing the order. If the item is a bespoke or made to order item(s), I aim to have it made and dispatched within 5 - 7 working days. I will email you when I receive your order and will let you know when you can expect your order. If the order is placed during busy times, such as Christmas, Valentine's, Father’s and Mother’s Day, then can you please allow an extra 3-5 working days.

 

Postage Costs

UK  - £2.50

Free postage in the UK, if your order is over £30.00

Europe - £3.00

Worldwide - £4.50

Free postage to Europe and Worldwide, if your order is over £50.00

 

PLEASE NOTE – For all international orders, the custom and import duties that are incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

For peace of mind, I can send an item tracked and signed for on delivery, for an extra cost, please ask me for details.

 

Delivery

Royal Mail expected postal delivery times are:

UK              1-3 working days

EU              3-5 working days

Worldwide  5-7 working days

 

Lost Items

Items posted in the UK are not considered lost by the Royal Mail, until 15 working days have passed after the dispatched date.

Royal Mail estimates for international delivery are very optimistic, so please allow an additional 2 weeks before contacting me, if your order has been delayed. International deliveries are not classed as being lost, until 20 working days after the expected delivery date.

For lost items, I can offer refunds for one-off items and I can replace those items that I can make again. You can still however request a refund, if you do not wish to have a replacement.

With regard to internationally posted items, unless you have asked me to send your item via International and Tracked Signed service, I can only offer you a refund of the cost of the item.

 

Refunds and Exchanges 

(For orders within the EU)

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me by email within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, so that I can arrange a refund or exchange. If you would like a refund, the item(s) that you ordered, will need to be sent back unworn in their original condition and packaging. A full refund will be made and the return postage cost is payable by the buyer. Within the EU, shipping costs at the standard rate will be refunded, however the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

(For orders outside the EU)

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, so that I can arrange a refund or exchange. If you would like a refund, the item(s) must be sent back unworn in their original condition and packaging. A full refund will be made, but I cannot refund the return shipping cost.

 

For hygiene reasons, I cannot refund earrings, unless faulty.

 

Bespoke and Made to Order Items

These items are generally completed and dispatched within 5-7 days. Bespoke and Made to Order items cannot be refunded or exchanged, as they are made to the buyer’s specification. They can only be refunded if they are faulty.

 

Please Note – All my jewellery and accessories are created by hand, so no two items are identical. So please allow for slight variations as to what is shown in the product photographs.
